ANA PARRA LOMBARD - HERMANITAS DIRECTOR
Ana has been dedicated to providing opportunity in higher education to the students of NM for the last 15 years. Currently, she is the Program Specialist and an Adjunct Instructor for the Department of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of New Mexico. She advises undergraduate and graduate students through their academic careers as well as teaches Math to our future Elementary and Middle School Teachers. Ana began as a Madrina with MANA de Albuquerque.

IDALIA LECHUGA-TENA - VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Idalia is an International Ambassador for the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace representing the USA, a former State Representative from the International District in Albuquerque, a business owner, politician, artist, and philanthropist. Idalia is a former State Representative for the New Mexico Congress representing District 21 (the area where she grew up), making her the youngest female legislator and the first naturalized female from México to ever serve in the New Mexico Legislature.

Diana is a community leader and former MANA de Albuquerque Treasurer. She has been a MANA Member since 1996, First President of MANA de Sonoma, and MANA National Board Member and National President. Originally from northern New Mexico, Diana has over 30 years of leadership experience with State Farm Insurance in California, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and New England.

LORENA BLANCO-SILVA - VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Program Manager, Division for Equity and Inclusion at the University of New Mexico, native New Mexican, Lorena Blanco-Silva manages and executes administrative, project and executive support activities associated with the Division for Equity and Inclusion and its units, ENLACE and the LGBTQ Resource Center. Lorena currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of the Hispanic and Latino Charities of the U.S. and the Americas, an organization that represents charitable organizations that work nationally and internationally with Hispanic Heritage and Latinos.

DR. SANDRA RODRIGUEZ - VICE PRESIDENT OF FUND DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Rodriguez is the Director, for the Multicultural/BiLingual Department with the Santa Fe Public Schools. Dr. Rodriguez has been a member of MANA since 1999. She has served as a general Board member of both MANA del Norte and MANA de Albuquerque. She served as the Hermanitas’ coordinator during the SAMSA grant initiative in which she conducted a national project studying the effects on mentoring. Their work was published by the Harvard Journal of Hispanic Policy.

Cecelia possesses a strong passion and leadership for her community as an activist and educator with extensive experience in grassroots organizing, leadership development, digital media, strategizing, research, curriculum development and organizational management. Cecilia is a former Hermanita®and a MANA scholarship recipient for the four years she attended college. When she graduated from Eugene Lang College in New York, she returned to Albuquerque and immediately got back involved with MANA de Albuquerque’s Hermanita® Program.
